Stephen has built a solid career in banking operations and risk management, having served in key leadership positions at Republic Bank Ghana, including Deputy Branch Manager and Acting Branch Manager. In these roles, he provided leadership across branch operations, liquidity management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, internal controls, customer service delivery, and operational risk oversight. His work has consistently focused on improving efficiency, strengthening controls, and supporting sound financial decision-making.

He also has strong international trade finance experience through his role as a Trade Finance Professional with Euro Exim Bank. His expertise covers Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, cross-border transactions, AML/KYC compliance, transaction monitoring, and risk mitigation. This experience positions him as a valuable asset in managing complex international commodity, petroleum, and trade-related transactions.

Beyond banking, Stephen serves as Operations Manager at Denzel Logistics, where he oversees downstream petroleum sourcing, storage coordination, supply chain management, and distribution operations. His leadership has contributed to improved operational systems, stronger internal controls, better process coordination, and enhanced performance management across the organisation.

Stephen is also an entrepreneur with a diversified business portfolio. He is the owner of Swwyft Foods Enterprise and a part owner of Glonet Consultancy, reflecting his interest in enterprise development, business strategy, investment growth, and multi-sector business expansion.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana and has earned several professional certifications in Anti-Money Laundering, Risk Management, Project Management, Operations Management, and Quality Management Systems in Oil and Gas Operations, including ISO 29001 Principles.
